Principles of Inventory Management: The goal of this course is to impart an operational knowledge and understanding of inventory management principles and techniques, providing participants with a greater understanding of their roles and responsibilities in the control of inventory and the impact that inventory has on a business. Participants are introduced to essential vocabulary and skills needed to identify and apply the basic principles of inventory management.
Principles of Operations Planning: The goal of this course is to impart a fundamental knowledge and understanding of the basic manufacturing planning principles and techniques that are used at each level in the planning process, from strategic to tactical.

Principles of Manufacturing Management: The goal of this course is to provide an introduction to the concepts and practices of modern manufacturing management. Among the topics discussed are managing the manufacturing environment, process layout, bills of material (BOMs) and routings, executing manufacturing planning and control activities, working with material requirements planning (MRP) and more.

Principles of Managing Operations: The goal of this course is to impart a fundamental knowledge and understanding of the concepts and decision tools needed for organizational process management and control involved in designing and operating the manufacturing and distribution environment. This course is concerned with the design of systems to produce goods and services and the operation of those systems.
