We are seeking a dynamic individual with a desire to stretch beyond their comfort zone to take ownership of our Materials Management departments. We seek someone who enjoys a challenge and out-of-the-box thinking to lead an unpredictable, high mix, low-volume materials process. This position has an excellent potential for career growth.
You will have a direct role in growing the business and executing strategic initiatives. Lead the complete materials management process and apply your expertise to assure that the company has effective materials planning, inventory control, plant scheduling, and supply chain systems. Serve as a resource and advisor to Senior Management on projects to achieve strategic initiatives.
In addition to a strong business acumen and demonstrated values of integrity, ownership, commitment, and respect, our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing the operational, administrative, technical and financial responsibilities of the materials discipline.

- Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing/Supply Chain Management, Production Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Related Technical discipline, or equivalent business experience.
- APICS (CPIM, CIRM) or NAPM (A.P.P C.P.M) certification preferred.
- Similar or parallel business experience highly desirable.
- Participative, team management approach
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to process multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a diverse workforce and provide direction with clarity.
- Process analysis and improvement experience
