Business Process Consultant

Engaged in operational improvements which increase efficiency, decrease waste, and reduce the opportunity for errors affecting customer service processes, this professional will create value stream maps and process flows across several business areas to ensure a positive experience for our members.  Team collaboration and use of Lean/Six Sigma data analyzation/methods/tools will be key in finding solutions to everyday glitches and maximizing resources.

We seek a Six Sigma/Lean certified re-engineering specialist and change agent who can identify operational gaps, outline processes for improvement and guide our teams to success.  Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience in process/quality improvement, preferably in an industry where business resources are aligned to improve the consumer/customer experience.  Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) products is required.  Advanced knowledge of Excel formulas and pivot tables is preferred.  Working knowledge of Crystal Reports, Prezi, Call Centers and CRM systems is also preferred.  Knowledge of the healthcare or insurance industry would be beneficial.
