Our Firm is leading a search for a Quality Control and Continuous Improvement Director for a privately held, $100-$200 million, Pennsylvania-based Company.
We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and impactful QC executive to assume the role of Quality and Continuous Improvement Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a high level of quality in accordance with currently established PCI, APA, ACI state-of-the-art standards and meeting customer requirements through all assigned facilities. The Quality and Continuous Improvement Director will report directly to the President of the company and should demonstrate knowledge of engineered to order manufacturing processes, lean methodologies and superior technical skills. Most critical will be the Quality and Continuous Improvement Director’s ability to lead, empower, manage change, build consensus, and leverage progressive systems and processes.
